The GSHC connects you with the perfect audience for you to showcase your products and services. Take the opportunity to expose key decision makers and the frontline workers to the latest in occupational safety, health, industrial hygiene and fire products. Provide our attendees with the opportunity to relay their particular safety needs and offer realistic solutions to their worksite challenges.

The GSHC attracts safety personnel and frontline managers from the various Alaskan industries. The conference focuses on the attendees safety and health needs in regards to providing tools and innovative options to exceed compliance; as well as providing the opportunities to update the industries on changing regulatory requirements and how those will changes impact their business.

All booth registrations are on a first come first serve basis and all payments will be processed on-line.  To maximize you exposure the meals, snacks, coffee, and business center will be located within the exhibit area.

Exhibitor Registration Includes

Standard Booth Rate is set at $795 for the 2 days.
Additional Exhibitor Attendants: $100

Schedule:
Set- up:               Monday, April 2nd at 2:00 PM
Show times:     Tuesday, April 3rd 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
Reception:        Wednesday, April 4th 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tear down:        Wednesday, April 4th after the Closing

      Exhibitors are not to tear down during the Closing General Session.

Exhibitor Appreciation Reception:

On April 3rd from 4:30 – 6:30 PM, Exhibitors are all invited to a Speaker / Exhibitor / Sponsor Appreciation Reception being held in your honor. This event is open to all attendees as well and will be held in the Foyer of the Egan Convention Center. Please plan to join us for appetizers, cash bar, and music.

Passport to prizes

It was a huge success last year and definitely increased attendee interaction with our valued Exhibitors, so we’re continuing the “Passport to Prizes.”
Each attendee will be given a grid layout of the exhibitor booths with the exhibiting company’s name in the associated spot. Each attendee will get stamps from each exhibitor to cover their entire “Passport” – fully covered passports, are then turned in to the Registration desk in exchange for tickets – offering chances to win door prizes that have been donated by you, our valued exhibitors. The GSHC encourages Exhibitors to donate a door prize, which will be utilized for awards issued for drawn tickets from attendees’ completed “Passports”!

Booth Layout

Standard booths consist of approximately 8’ x 10’ area with pipe and drape. Included in your booth space is one 6′ skirted table, a 500 watt electrical outlet, and an identification sign. Any additional needs may incur costs and are not covered by your registration.
If you require additional services such as freight handling, additional electrical service, tables, chairs, etc., please place your order via COMING SOON
All displays must be free standing or fit on the table provided. For safety reasons, please make sure no displays block walkways or any entry/exit doors. ALL DISPLAYS MUST FIT WITHIN THE DRAPED BOOTH SPACE.

 

 

NOTE: General Sessions will be held each morning in the Ballroom at 8:00 AM – please no setting up booths, and help us keep the noise levels down so we may continue an open atmosphere between the Exhibit Area and the Ballroom General Sessions.

NOTE: If you will have more than two attendees at your booth, you must register the additional people to ensure they receive name tags and are allowed entrance to the hall.

Expectations

Lastly, while we understand that sales are essential to your business, we ask that your approach be more inclined toward providing information, education and networking with our attendees to create your sales leads. Our intent is to assure that your “booth” will not be a sales counter. We appreciate your cooperation.

Booth Cancellations

No refunds will be given for cancellations on exhibitor booths unless a replacement exhibitor can be found and pays for the space prior to the GSHC.

In these cases, a $75.00 service fee will be applied.
