Overview

The Governor’s Safety and Health Conference is an annual event dedicated to promoting workplace safety and health across Alaska. This policy outlines our procedures regarding registration, cancellations, refunds, and customer support to ensure transparency and trust with our attendees.

Registration and Payment

  • Event Registration: Attendees can register for the conference through our official website. All registration fees are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, attendees will receive an email confirmation detailing their registration and payment receipt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participants:

    • Cancellations will receive a full refund upon request prior to the conference.

    • No-shows will not be refunded. 

Substitutions

If an attendee is unable to attend, they may designate a substitute to attend in their place at no additional charge. To arrange a substitution, please contact us at least 3 days prior to the event.

Event Delivery

The conference will be held in person at the designated venue in Anchorage, Alaska. Detailed information about the venue, schedule, and sessions will be provided to registered attendees via email prior to the event.
