ABOUT THE EXHIBITOR AREA
The Exhibitor Area at the Alaska Governor’s Safety & Health Conference will be located in Explorer’s Hall on the Ground Level of the William A. Egan Civic & Convention Center and open to conference attendees during the two-day event. Head downstairs to the lower level to connect with additional exhibitors and discover even more solutions outside the Summit Hall breakout rooms.

EXHIBITOR PACKET
We encourage all confirmed exhibitors to carefully review the Exhibitor Packet in preparation for the Alaska Governor’s Safety & Health Conference . The packet includes important information on move-in and move-out procedures, booth inclusions, venue guidelines, travel discounts, shipping instructions, order forms, and key service deadlines to help you plan a successful exhibit experience .
Please review the packet thoroughly and share it with your on-site team to ensure a smooth and seamless event.
MOVE IN
Monday, April 6, 2026 from 2pm – 6pm
MOVE OUT
Wednesday, April 8, 2026 after 4pm
SHOW HOURS
Tuesday, April 7,2026 from 7am – 4pm
Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 7am – 4:30pm
Each 8′ x 10′ booth space will include:
- One 6′ skirted table
- Pipe and drape
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- A 500-watt electrical outlet
- Complimentary access to Wi-Fi
- Meals
- Two (2) booth operator passes for single booths, four (4) booth operator passes for double booths, additional passes available to purchase here.
